I have Trados Studio 2017 and my client sent me a file with Latin American Spanish as the target language "es-419". The spell-check function is disabled. I had a look at forums but I cannot find a way to fix this. I tried choosing both MS Word and Hunspell as dictionaries.

Thanks a lot for your help! I tried what Nora Díaz suggests, but it didn't work. I think it's because I have Studio 2017. Then there is a note from Ozzie O about recreating the whole project, but I was expecting something simpler to work... Mayne in newer versions this is no longer a problem.

Just to be sure: Did you copy the files in the Studio4 folder or in Studio5? You should've used the folder Studio5.

Just to be sure: You have copied the files to the Studio5\HunspellDictionaries folder and the Hunspell spell-checker still doesn't work, right?
Hi Jesús! Sorry, I never got back to you. Yes, I had donde that. In any case, I now have Studio 2021 and I managed to do it. I copied the files in both the Studio4 and Studio16 folders that are available in Sutdio 2021. Thanks a lot for your help!
