SDL Trados Studio 2019 suddenly shuts down.

Question

Studio 2019 suddenly shuts down. Now I'm receiving two error messages. "Error when uploading a complement" "... to write on the protected memory. Sometimes, thi is due beacise the memory is broken". 
 Can somebody help me please? 
 I have also try to deactivate my license and I couldn't. Not even offline.

 Unfortunately the errors are too small to read (first one). Its always advisable to post the full error stack as this often helps find the cause.
