I would perhaps first check that both Studio and MultiTerm are on the latest stand (Help- Check for updates).

Then perhaps reorganize the Termbase and then add this back into the project to see if this helps.

It did the trick, but I had to "cancel" the process after 40 minutes as nothing was happening anymore, just the green bar, it never jumped to "done". Mustn't have done any damage, picklist now shows up in Studio with the added items. Thank you.
