"Create Return Package" disabled

Question

Hello, 
 I am trying to create a return package for a completed translation project. But, this option is greyed out in my Trados Studio 2019 window. (I have selected the file in the Projects menu) 
 Could anyone help me resolve this issue?

Problem solved. There must have been some corruption in the project folder. I reopened the project package from the customer and then i could create the return package.
