Hello Jaime, 

Can you please advise if you are getting this issue with any Word document? The message might indicate that the file got corrupted since you have worked on it, and constantly update it. If you have the original file, you can open it in Studio as a new project, and then Save As.

Please make sure your Studio is on the latest software level, and then run a pre-translate from your TM. (you might want to temporarily disable the Antivirus or other third-party apps such as CCleaner.

Another alternative is to use special tools like Bitwar Data Recovery to recover corrupted files.
