I would like to ask you about the reason for wrong string sequences while opening the idml file on SDL Trados 2019 and how i handle it.
kindly find attached the SDL Traod bilingual file, IDML and the PDF reference file. please check and advice.

Hi samar magdy,
I managed to open the IDML file without any problems in Trados Studio 2019.
Same think about the XLIFF file.
Could you please confirm that you have the latest version of Trados Studio. Help tab > About Trados Studio should show SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007.

Thank you for your replay. the file is opening without any proplem. the issue is in the sequence of text. if you check the sdlxiff fille against the pdf or idml you will find the content of lesson one not at the begening.

InDesign numbers "Stories" (i.e. texts) internally. I don't think you can see it in the InDesign program, but if you export to idml and look through the files, you can see it. Studio will take Story 1 first then Story 2 etc. The designer can move text around in InDesign, and it does not change the numbering. So the sequence it is displayed in Studio is the sequence in which the text bits were created in InDesign, not their position.
I could not think of another way of doing this, because there are many instances where it is altogether unclear which text is "first", "second" etc. Think of a catalogue page.
After translation, the text will be in the right place, no matter where it appeared in the editor.
