TBs in wrong order

I use Trados Studio 2019.

I have created a project template which includes a list of 6 TBs. The sequence that these TBs appear in is important because I only want to update my TB, not any of the others.  

When I use this template to create a project I find that sometimes the sequence of TBs is changed and that a wrong TB is therefore selected as the default. I've been using Studio for years and never seen anything like this before.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a solution other than checking the TB sequence each time and changing it if necessary?

    I have a similiar problem, for which I haven't yet created a ticket (but should).

    We also have an "important" TB, not for updating but for checking "must" terms with term verification. We've found sometimes -- not always, which makes this incredibly annoying because it makes it more likely we forget about it -- the order of TBs gets switched in the project settings when we close/reopen Studio (so if we are working on the same project over several days) so that our "must" termbase is no longer listed first. This breaks term verification for some reason until we manually rearrange the order. I can't say how long this has been happening but definitely quite a while for us (we're also using Trados Studio 2019).
