I can no longer upgrade one TM or import a tmx file into it

I receive an error message when trying to import a tmx file into one TM (saved on my computer) in order to update it : Import failed. The file could not be processed. When I click on the details, here is what I get:
Error message in Trados Studio during TMX import stating 'Import failed. The file could not be processed' with a detailed exception stack trace.

I tried upgrading the TM, but I also get a similar message :
Error message in Trados Studio when upgrading Translation Memory showing 'An error occurred while processing' with a detailed exception stack trace.

Then I downloaded the plugin SDLTM Repair. It shows a "completion" message, but the renamed repaired file is nowhere to be found in the folder where my TM is.
