Is there any way or plugin to preview the idml file on SDL Trados studio 2019? i found a plugin on app store on the below link but I couldn't download it

You must have found an old link to this because you will not find it on the appstore anymore. The company that developed this was taken over by an LSP in the Nordics and no longer make this plugin available publicly.
There is currently no way to preview an IDML file in Trados Studio.
