I am a groupshare cloud version and tried to add a new user.
I am told it exists already where as it is not the case. I tried to retrieve password via the email but access does not work. I tried this trick as I had Added the user in the sdl studio instance for package projects but not in groupshare.
could anyone help on this?

Probably the quickest way to get this resolved, is to log a support ticket via your SDL Account as you (the company) have an active PSA (support contract).
The team can then take a look and see what is the issue.
