By default, Business Manager comes with SQL Server Compact libraries (open C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Sdl Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Unpacked\Business_Manager_Lite and find files starting with "sql"). However, if you have SQL Server Compact installed in your system, it will override files from TBM installation folder.

You can remove uninstall it from Add/remove programs, or install correct version from here:

I personally don't know about purchases and prices. But suppose (and pretty sure) that it's one time.

As for CV, Lite does not include CV templates, but you can easily implement custom report with CV. Using the same techniques used in standalone TBM 5. Maybe in future we'll add few built-in CV designs. However, why to build CV in TBM Lite? To automatically include recent projects? Which other information will be dynamic? Also, for this question, I offer to create a separate thread in corresponding forum, and don't put everything into a thread which has different title.
