Often the issue could be caused by Studio and MultiTerm not being in 'sync' i.e. not both on the latest stand.

Therefore, please check that both are up-to-date - Open Studio/MultiTerm- go to HELP- Check for Updates.

If both are up-to-date - next try Reset Windows Layout

If that still doesn't work remove the Termbase from the project- and reorganise the termbase

Should the problem persist, please ensure both Studio and MultiTerm are added to your AntiVirus 'exceptions' list and then repair/Reset Studio/Multiterm

They're both the most recent version releases so that isn' the problem. Resetting the Windows layout helped - the terms are now showing in the Term Recog window. So that's great. HOWEVER, when I try to add a term from within Studio or in  Multiterm, it says MultiTerm is unable to add the entry. Shall I proceed with your next suggestions? Thanks so much!
