Hello Ju-young Park,

As it appears that the issue is only happening with the one file, it appears that the problem lies with that specific file and which needs investigating.

If there are no specific error messages, try splitting the Word file, and then run each part through Studio 

Perhaps its worth splitting the file, then 'Translate as a Single Document'

Then SAVE AS (without translating).

You should then quickly find the part(s) of the file that are causing the problem (badly formatted perhaps) and be able to fix the issue.

Thank you for the file, I have responded to you on email.

I was able to open the file and translate, save as, without any difficulty and returned the files.

It's perhaps a good idea, that if you aren't working with Studio for longer periods, that you save your work and close Studio properly.

Should the problem happen again, please do let us know.
