Could you post a screenshot please of when you are seeing please.
When this is greyed out for instance, is the TU highlighted?

I just had this happen today with the concordance. But it's on and off and most times it works fine:

Please find this screenshot. I tend to think that it happens mostly when I scroll between TUs.
And this is the scenario that Daniel also mentioned (Concordance).

I have tried to replicate this a number of times but are unable to do so.
I will check if this has been reported before and is logged as a bug
