I installed Trados, then when it asks me to validate the steps for the free 30 day trial, I press end, a window appears showing that the application is opening but nothing happens . the window remains open and there is no error message. i try to uninstall but i can't because it tells me that the app is downloading

I am unable to find any licenses/orders under your name/email address.
If the installation does not complete at this stage, this would suggest the PC might be blocking this.
To install and run Studio, you need to logged onto that machine as Admin.
