One of the advantages of using DeepL online seems to be ability to alter the structure of specific sentences in the output box. Possibly... but then DeepL online only supports the text you put into the web editor or docx/pptx files. So I guess it all depends on how you want to work. If none of the other features you have when using a CAT outweigh what you have when using the online web editor for DeepL then perhaps you need to question whether it's worth you having a CAT in the first place?
I'm not a translator... but this feels a little like comparing apples with paper cups.
