The Help instructions do not match the actual interface. The instructions say "In the Manage a Cross-reference dialog, select the Entry Id [or, in other instructions, Hyperlink, or Term] sub-tab and insert the ID.
But the actual interface does not contain any Manage a Cross-reference dialog. This is what is there:
