SDL TRADOS 2014 System Management error

Question

Hello 
 I have TRADOS 2014. I have not used it for a while (12 months or so) and when I recently tried to open it, I got the following error 
 System.Management.ManagementException, System.Management, I tried the following suggestions posted already on the webiste 
 a) Deactivating NORTON, MCAFEE 
 b) Uninstalling TRADOS and REINSTALLING IT 
 But the error persists. Now NORTON too is not working, the error there being 8054 101. 
 
 Can you please help me get TRADOS to work? I really need it for a project.

 It is essential that you post the full error stack so we can see what might be happening- 
 
 The error however (and the fact you have issues with Norton) would suggest this is actually a Windows error- 
 Perhaps the following will help (restart the WMI service)
