Hi everyone, I am a newbie and I have a problem that needs your advice. I can download the memories from the server myself; but it is impossible for me to work because I have the following message: the target language detected does not match the expected language of the project. How can I solve this problem?
You can open the files in Notepad++, then in the file header locate the entry "target language" and change the language code accordingly. Then save the files and they should work flawlesly.

Can you open sdltm files in Notepad++ or you just skip the tmx export/import procedure?
No, but you can open the sdlxliff files there and simply change the source or target language (or both) there. This is not a big hassle and will allow you to use the existing TMs in easy way.
But if I understood that wrongly and she needs to add the TMs to an existing project, your advice to recreate the project with the proper language pair ist the absolutely fastest and best way to deal with this problem.
