Language Cloud is back on the Web, but still can't connect to my account within Trados

Hello!

I'm aware there has been maintenance on Language Cloud yesterday, but now it's back online and I can log in from my browser.

But I still can't connect via Trados. When I start Trados, I get the following message:

"There was a connection timeout error. Please check your network and internet connections"

If I close that pop-up I can use Trados, but I'm not connected to my Language Cloud account (my name doesn't show in the top right corner) and I can't use NMT.

I tried to log out and log in again, but logging out won't work with the same issue. My firewall settings allow Trados to communicate on both private and public networks.

Does anyone has a clue?

    Some more info:

    • I've tried reinstalling the latest version of Trados Studio 2019 (15.2.8.3007), no change.
    • I've tried uninstalling Trados to revert to a previous version, but it won't let me uninstall the current version.
    • I've tried disabling my firewall entirely
    • When I click on the drop-down where there should be a green button with my name on it:
      • clicking on "Manage account" takes me to my Language Cloud account, logged in and all.
      • clicking on "Log out" does nothing except a spinning wheel for a little while.
    • But no, Trados won't let me use NMT, saying it's impossible to obtain the correct authorizations.
