Hi,
An agency that I work for has an MT plugin (that I assume they have developed).
Every time I start Trados, I get a message saying that a third-party plugin is trying to load and I have to choose if I want it to load.
I have looked around in the settings, but I cannot find a way to disable this dialog. Is there a way to set a default choice so I don't have to accept the loading of the plugin every time I start Trados?

The obvious solution here is to ask your agency to get the plugin signed. It doesn't cost anything... they should just send it to app-signing@sdl.com (at least send a link to it, don't email it as an attachment) and we'll do it for them even if it doesn't go on the appstore. It must be the developer who asks for this though... we won't sign plugins for users.
