Only the last 3 digits of segment number can be viewed, making it difficult if I need to query the client. I have tried different view mode, just won't solve the problem. Any one know what to make it display normally? Thanks so much.

As the screenshot is so small, it's difficult to see if this is perhaps a screen definition issue.
Have you tried VIEW- Reset Windows Layout?
Does this only affect the segment numbering?
How many digits are actually in the segments? It appears to be at least 4?

I have been reset Windows layout as well as reinstalled Trados Studio 2021 many times. Unluckly this issue remains on all the installation on my Mac and Macbook (Parallels Desktop) and Dell laptop. What I can tell clearly is the last 3 digits, half of the digit before that. For expample, if the segment number is 123456, I can see 456, and half of 3 which will look like either 3 or 8, and 12 will be covered by the Trados Studio window frame, no matter with the side bar expended or not.
