Studio 2019 - Internet Connection Issue After Update

I am having a problem with my TS2019, I cannot see my name on the top right. Whenever I start up Trados there is an error message saying network timeout, and I cannot load SDL Language Cloud.

I've written support but have not gotten an answer yet, and I have a ton of work to do.

Solutions tried include:

- Repairing Installation.

- Uninstall/Reinstall.

- Deleted/Renamed AppData/Roaming/SDL/Trados Studio/15.0.0 & 15 folders.

No go, I need help please.
