Strange fuzzy match behaviour

Question

I am still trying to understand how Fuzzy Replacement &ldquo;thinks&rdquo;. Perhaps someone can explain its behaviour in the following situations &ndash; I cannot see any logic? 
 
 Why does Fuzzy Replacement make an uppercase replacement?

Why does Fuzzy Replacement make a lowercase replacement, especially at the start of a sentence?

Here Fuzzy Replacement is correct, even with implicit case switch

This behaviour concerns Trados Studio 2019

 Possibly something Kevin Flanagan could answer... if he has time. My guess would be the replacement mechanism is fairly basic (even though it is quite clever) and it doesn't take account of the position of the words in the sentence. But Kevin would give the right answer.
