Strange fuzzy match behaviour

I am still trying to understand how Fuzzy Replacement “thinks”. Perhaps someone can explain its behaviour in the following situations – I cannot see any logic?

 

Why does Fuzzy Replacement make an uppercase replacement?

Why does Fuzzy Replacement make a lowercase replacement, especially at the start of a sentence?
