Hello,
It seems that Trados doesn't connect to "My Documents" folder or my desktop on my PC.
When I create a project, it gives me the attached error ("Access to the path...is denied"), it does not prepare the translatable documents or save a bilingual file. When I manually prepare a translatable file using "Batch items", then I am able to work in Editor with the TM being updated (however, there is still no bilingual file created or saved). If I close SDL Studio with a partially translated document, when I open it again the next time, since there is no bilingual file saved from before, I have to "Translate to fuzzy" through the entire document until I get to the point where I was. Then, when I have finished the document, and attempt to "Save target as", if I try to save it anywhere in "My Documents" or on the desktop, it gives the same error as before, that I am "not authorized". I am able to save the target file in my "One Drive" folder. (Similarly, if I create the project in "One Drive", I do not receive any error messages and everything works as it should).
What can I do to fix the problem of SDL Studio not being able to access "My Documents" or my desktop?
Thank you!
Joan
