Hello everyone,
I have been having a bit of a problem with SDL Trados Studios (2019) for a couple of weeks: when I export my SDLXLIFF to a target DOCX file, MS Word gives the following error message "Word cannot open this file the file format does not match the file extension":
-I can open the source file on Word, it works perfectly (it's a docx)
-I can translate it in Trados without encountering any issue
-But when I export the file back to a DOCX Word file (when finalizing for example) the format apparently doesn't match the extension anymore. When I change its extension to .doc, it works again. The problem is that if a client sends me a docx source file, they would want to receive the target file as a docx.
Has anyone ever encountered this issue before?
