Can clients tell if you have used SDL LanguageCloud if they provide you a package without it?

I am a trial subscriber to SDL Language Cloud. I use Trados Studio 2019. A customer has provided me a large SDL package that included 2 of their own TMs and I have added my own personal TM. If I add SDL LanguageCloud as an additional translation provider, will the other memories from my client and my own be updated with the segments that are translated with LanguageCloud?
Will the client be able to tell if I used LanguageCloud for any of the segments when I return it to them?

Sounds like a basic question, but I couldn't find answers elsewhere.

From what I know, any machine translated segments will be flagged as NMT. But I think, you can remove this flagging afterwards, using the SDLXLIFF Anonymizer app: SDLXLIFF Anonymizer - Language Solutions | SDL
