After recent update in Feb I have noticed that the values assigned to user fields (not system ones) during alignment are no longer reflected once TUs are imported (Advance Import) to TM. What's wrong? Thank you.

Just re-checked this function after the cumulative update 9 released today. To my surprise there are no positive developments on the issue.

Wouldn't it just! If you go to your Windows Control Panel and the Programs and Features you will be able to select Installed Updates. So mine looks like this:
I selected the CU9 update and uninstalled it. Then pressed F5 to refresh the view and now I see this:
So I did it again and this removed CU8 as well. This takes me back to SP2 prior to any cumulative updates. Restarting Studio then allowed me to put them back, but if you say no then you can work with the last version that was ok. If the original SP2 update has this problem, and I have only seen it reported since CU8, then you'll need to uninstall SP2 and roll back to SP1. But this may not be an option for you?
