The “Tell me” doesn’t work. I click on it and the pop up window remains black.
What is more, the tabs that should be on the right side of the screen (those that show the different features such filters, etc.), are not visible.
Any suggestion?

Please make sure you have the latest updates installed on your Studio version. For that, go to Help -top ribbon- then click "Check for updates".
You can also try a windows reset, to ensure all options and features are restored on the active view. To do that, go to View tab and click "Reset window layout".
In addition, please note that the pinned tabs on the right side will show with other tabs depending on the view you're in at the moment but you can restore all these if you hit the "Reset window layout".

Thank you for this reply. I am new in this group and I got lost searching for this forum. I installed the latest version, reset Trados and I still can't use the Tell me tab. The tab is there, in the ribbon, but the pop-up window does not open properly after clicking on it. It is in black
