What does it mean to be invited to the Language Cloud account?

Hi, 
 
 I just finished purchasing Trados 2021 and it brought me to Trados Live and Language Cloud subscription (12 months) which I still don't understand what they are and who they are for. 
 Can you please sum up so I can understand it easily? The translation software is very new to me.
