Thank you! This actually helped! I checked encoding in Source file and it is US-ASCII, while all other files that work fine are Unicode (UTF-8). The problem is that my files are in UTF-8 originally, Trados changed the encoding for this particular one. We checked again the source files outside of Trados and they are UTF-8. What might be the problem and why Trados might change the encoding?
Is the encoding declared in the prologue of the files?
