Hi! I downloaded TermInjector for Studio 2014 but can't see it from the list of available TM providers under Add in the Translation Memory and Automated Translation window. There is a total of 12 TM providers when I click on the Add button, and I wonder whether 12 is the maximum number allowed for the Freelance version. If that's the case, how can I remove some of the providers that I do not use?

There is no limit! Maybe you are just looking in an existing Project that was created prior to installing Terminjector. If you look in File -> Options can you see it there?

Perhaps you installed the version for 2011 and not for 2014? Make sure you have version 2.2 as available on the OpenExhange.
If you have done this then my guess is you have a permissions thing going on, so you could try making sure that you have this plugin file in this location:
c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\11\Plugins\Packages\TermInjector.sdlplugin
If you can't see this take a copy from the Studio 2011 folder here:
c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\10\Plugins\Packages\TermInjector.sdlplugin

Did you install the Terminjector as admin? So right-click and run as admin? Same for Studio? Perhaps this is a permissions thing preventing you from getting this installed correctly. If this still fails I recommend you contact the developer.

While you're waiting then perhaps try and uninstall the Terminjector, then install again but this time right-click the installer and run as admin.
I'm sure the problem you're having is related to administrative rights somehow. Seems odd you needed to have a special admin account to run programs in the first place, but I'm sure the support engineer knew what he/she was doing.
