Target not saving. Illustration shape name has moved paragraph Trados 2021

Question

Hello, I am very new to Trados so please bear that in mind in the way you explain things! 
 I am trying to save a target file. First it was a pdf and I kept getting the message that a shape had moved segments and researching in the knowledge base I thought maybe it was because it was a pdf so I got them to send me a word version instead and now it says the shape has moved paragraphs. 
 Reading in the knowledge base I found that sometimes it's due to merging segments so I made sure that options hadn't been enabled... 
 The thing is that the shape number it gives me is 2160. And I have scrolled through every single segments with full tags showing and there is no shape name 2160. In fact they are all up to 1923...so I can't even see where the problem is. 
 Any ideas?

Hi Amy Bell , 
 I think the easiest way right now is to do the following: 
 For each PDF file you work on in Studio, you will find a DOCX file in the source language folder of your project. This file is created by Studio when you open the source file in Editor. 
 So you should simply make a copy of that file, rename it to some other name and then add it to your Studio project. Then, try immediately to save a target file. 
 If this fails, remove the problematic image from the source file and add it to your project again.
