I just saw, that the traget file gets created, but the error occurs when updating the TM.

Looking at a similar error I came across the following, which is perhaps useful in this case-

The problem is usually triggered by the splitting of source segments that contain comments and can lead to these not being transferred to the target file.

To circumvent the problem, it should be ensured that if a segment is split, that these do not contain comments.

 i.e. it should not be separated within the yellow highlighted text that indicates there is a comment.
