I upgraded from Freelance to Freelance Plus 2021 and activated my laptop, but I forgot to deactivate my old license on my PC. The license on my laptop is not working and I cannot deactivate the old version. Basically I cannot use any computer/license. I get this message:
"Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance." How can I solve this?
I have the same issue and I get the same error code. I have tried different browsers to no avail. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
I just found the solution and both of my licenses are working!
You need to rename the license data file and then you can activate the new one. It's pretty simple, so I hope it works for you too.
