Sometimes I get the error message "The operation is not valid due to the current state of the object." while I am translating in studio. It is connected with a particular TM. What can I do?

I figured you'd ask me a bunch of questions like that, I just waited to see which ones.
Update: Windows repair didn't help. But I noticed that if I delete the error message and confirm the same segment where it appeared before, it appears again. I just noticed one instance where the error message appears twice after confirmation of a single segment. Also, that particular segment is not updated to the TM. Always that same TM that you see in the error message.
So, have we forgotten about this problem? I haven't, it's still happening.
Is the TM up to date? If you look in the project settings, does the TM symbol show a small orange triangle? If sop, an upgrade of TM is necessary.
If not, export the TM to TMX and create a new one based on the old TM, then import the TMX there.
