Hi,

I would like to inquiry about two features in SDL Trados 2019, The first one is the internal preview to the target document as I couldn't preview the file from my PC and I have Microsoft Word 2016 installed, However I applied the same steps on other PC but with SDL Trados 2019 and Microsoft Word 2013 and every thing is previewing correctly.

the second feature is Update from External Review,  I have exported the file for external review and apply some changes on my PC with Microsoft Word 2016 and reimport the file to SDL bilingual file by using Update from External review and the changes didn't reflected on the bilingual file, However I applied the same steps on other PCs but with Microsoft Word 2013 every thing running and the changes reflected correctly.

Are their are a prerequisites for using the these options (Preview( Target) , Update from External Review )? if yes,  please specify for both SDL Trados 2019 and SDL Trados Studio 2021?
