I recently purchased studio 2021, tried it for a couple of weeks, and it worked perfectly... but today all of a sudden... I'm not able to open it any more... I tried repairing, deinstalling/reinstalling it... I have no idea what I should do next... Any advice? Thank you so much in advance!

Thanks Loredana! I already tried... but for some reason, I am unable to find the mentioned folder C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio \Studio16 for Studio 2021...

If you are unable to find the folder, then this is because its hidden by default.
In Windows File Explorer- Click on the VIEW tab and enable 'Hidden Items'
