Hello,
We are using the atest version of Trados Studio 2019 and all of our packages are created in "read-only" mode.
We have removed and reinstalled the software but it hasn't solved the issue.
Can someone help?

What exactly is the full error message?
Can you perhaps attach this to the thread?
The more information you can provide us, the easier it should be to find what the cause is.
Are these packages you have created yourself (and are now trying to open on the same machine? or received from clients?
If you are creating the packages- are you also ensuring the files are NOT set to Reference File?
If you are creating the package, where are the files saved?
