PDF Files page numbers recognised as indivisual segmetns and breaking sentences

Question

Hi there, 
 I upload a PDF file and the page numbers are recognised as individual segments and breaking the sentences like this. 
 
 The web chat team helped look at the project file setting as below and said it seems fine. Manually editing those segments is so time consuming, so is there any ways to solve the issue? 
 My studio version is SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.4.4184

 Hi there, 
 It would be easier if you edit the Word file that was created when you converted the PDF to SDLXLIFF. It will be in the source language folder of the project. Then you can create a new project based on the tidy Word file.
