I use the latest version of Studio 2021. The notification "No internet connection" is always visible. The Retry button does not work either.
There is no problem with my internet connection.

Just to add some context to this... Oana Nagy... The problem is most likely related to the call Trados Studio makes to http://1.1.1.1 . It uses this as a check to validate that Studio really does have internet access and that way we know if the problem is Language Cloud access or a more general internet access. https://1.1.1.1 is a very well known, safe, and very fast location for doing this very test. If you are using a proxy, hence the article, then maybe you need to configure the proxy itself to ensure it is allowing access to this simple check? If your proxy is denying access to this location you will continue to get it.
Can you actually access https://1.1.1.1 from your browser?

Yes, I can access https://1.1.1.1 from my browser.. I can also sign in to SDL Language Cloud and NMT works fine.
I am not using a proxy.
Same here. Win 8.1 Pro on company network behind a firewall, access to https://1.1.1.1 works, no proxy set on Windows, netsh winhttp show proxy is empty, AV deactivated, Trados Studio signed in to SDL Language Cloud. Still "No internet connection".
Problem persists in Studio 16.1.5.4270.
Just for your information, this problem does not occur in my Studio 2019 installation. However, the problem still persists in Studio 2021. Quite annoying.
I uninstalled Studio and installed CU13 instead of the latest version (CU14).
The problem has gone.
I can confirm that - even with firewall URL exceptions!
I'm intrigued. What do you mean by CU14? SDL Trados Studio 2017?
...and it persists in Studio 16.1.6.4276.
And in 16.1.6.4276 - although Studio briefly connected this morning. However, when I next launched the program, it was back to square one. I am therefore starting to suspect that the problem doesn't lie with our settings at all, but with SDL/RWS.
