No internet connection - Studio 2021

Hello,

I use the latest version of Studio 2021. The notification "No internet connection" is always visible. The Retry button does not work either.

    I tried uninstalling SDL Studio Trados 2021. I get the following error message:

    "Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer."

    Trying to reinstall the software without uninstalling won't work either, because for some reason the build I have installed is 16.1.5.4270, whereas the one I can download and install is 16.1.4.4184 (and therefore older).

    In other words, I can't update my Studio 2021 because it can't establish an internet connection (even though I *can* log on to my account within Studio), but I can't uninstall and reinstall it either!

    Can someone please help?!
