I use the latest version of Studio 2021. The notification "No internet connection" is always visible. The Retry button does not work either.
There is no problem with my internet connection.

Hi. After such a long time trying to solve this problem, I have tried turning off the firewall on my pc and it works. I have the Windows firewall and the HP Wolf security. I have turned off both of them and now I can connect to my Trados account through Studio 2021. I hope this helps everyone.
I am having the same problem. I found that the problem is im my internet service provider (Vodafone). I can't access some sites too. We have, at home, two cellphones, from two another service providers. If I use this cellphones as hotspots for my PC, I have no trouble with Trados or the sites I didn't had access.

Try to use a VPN, like Proton. It worked for me.
