Please make sure that everything is up to date- (ensure you are logged in to the machine as admin)

I have the same issue and I have tried repairing the programs and updating Trados but the issue persists. Do you have any other advice?

Unfortunately the original poster didn't respond to say whether a reset/repair worked, or not.

I have run a test on the latest version and are able to extract the Terms and generate the TermBase.

Perhaps if you remove the plugin. Restart Studio and then reinstall this might help.

I have tried that as well but it hasn't worked...

Can you please confirm which version of Studio you are actually using please and the actual operating system.

After a little more research, the error could be pointing to the fact, your .net framework is out of date and this needs to be updated.
