Is there any feature in Multiterm or Trados that enables the translator to creat a tree concept? For example, I have the concept of "hight" that has many related terms. I want to have all these related terms under one concept of "hight". When I type the word "hight", I should get al the related terms.

Not really. You can define relationships, which creates a link from one entry to another one (but not a link in the linked to entry to the linking one - you have to do this manually). I think there is a paid app in the appstore (by Kaleidoskope) which adds some functionality. But in general, this is not a strong side of MultiTerm. Would be useful to be able to create simple parent-child or peer-peer relationships in MultiTerm.
