Dear all, 

My STUDIO 2019 ask me every time i restart my computer to configurate it. Then ALL my projects are erased, DEEPL is kicked out from my language suppliers, i need to go to AppStore and reintsal it,  When I want to open a saved project, it says that an error has occurred, does not find the project. I neet to set again all my parameters and preferences. 

All these problems started with 2019 ... continuously since 2 years ... 

Also, STUDIO 2019 is very slow, when I want to confirm a segment it take from 1 second to 2 minutes (Two minutes).

And I often get the message that the system is not responding. 

Did i change anything in the STUDIO system ? No.

Did i install any kind of extra software of program ? No.

Did i change the firewall parameters ? No. 

Can somebody help me.
