What Studio version are you using?

If it's the 2019 Freelance, please check that Spanish is among the 5 languages when you completed the initial setup. If you didn't include it, add it by following the steps described in this article:

If you have the Professional version  (for either version), then please run a Studio repair, details provided in this below article:

is there a way to quickly check what languages were chosen during the initial setup? The File > Options > Editor > Languages option doesn't seem to be working for me.

Also, the first link seems to be about something else, possibly?

Apologies for the late reply, the way to check them is by going to File >Options>Languages indeed. When you say it does not work for you, what do you mean exactly? Do you get some error when you try to check the languages installed?
