Value cannot be null Parameter name: culture

Question

Hello, 
 While trying to preview a bilingual excel file, I get this error message: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: culture". 
 I can process the document as a normal Excel but not as a bilingual one, applying the settings corresponding to this specific file in the project settings and Options pane. 
 The file is an .xlsx from a Chinese client. 
 Any thoughts on this issue?

 I am running SDL Trados Studio 2021 16.1.5.4270 on Windows 10 Professional 19042.928.

 I have been able to test this and can confirm the issue 
 
 This is now logged with support (Ref 00624488). I will update the thread as soon as I have an update.

UPDATE: I can open the file in Trados Studio 2019 as a bilingual Excel with the file layout (designated columns) within the project settings !
