Cannot connect to the server licence

Question

We have a shared Professional licence and we sometimes cannot open because we have a message telling "Impossible de se connecter au serveur de licence' like when somebody else is connected but in this case there is no body connected so it's very weird. 
 I hope somebody could help us.

Hi Mona, 
 
Check if there is no Studio instance running in your computer (or other Studio users) when you get this error. Sometimes Studio might hang, but remain active in the process list, thus not allowing to open an new instance because there is already one running. 
In order to check if thera are open instances of Studio: 
1- Open Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) 
2- Select tab Procesess and make sure that process"SDL TradosStudio.exe" is not runnig. If it is, select process and push button "End Process". 
3- Start SDL Trados Studio again.
