Hi, I have a subscription-based Business license and I cannot use my SDL Trados 2021 CU4 anymore since this morning since it is saying the below:
Unable to reach Language Cloud servers
Check you internet connection and firewall settings, then try again.
I could use the software yesterday, so I am not sure what changed. When I check on the new RWS login page, it says the last time I used SDL was Apr 26 at around 3pm, but I could still use it yesterday. The software did say that I was offline for too long so it disconnected me, however I still had internet access.
How can I fix this? I shouldn't have to bypass any ports nor make any exceptions for login pages since we deactivated my proxy and it was still not letting me login.
Please advise
